Can I request a paper copy of the survey?
Yes you can.
Please email nhsh.strategy@nhs.scot with your name and address and the survey you need.
You can also call 01463 704722. Please leave a message.
We will send out your survey with a freepost envelope to return your completed survey.
How do I give feedback about the strategy?
You can take part in our strategy development by completing one of our surveys by scrolling down and clicking on "share your thoughts."
If you want to share feedback about the engagement hub or the strategy in general please contact nhsh.strategy@nhs.scot.
