Ruth is Head of Communications and Engagement for NHS Highland. With a background in local government and a particular interest in behavioural change and stakeholder engagement, she is passionate about involving people in service transformation.

Marie is the Engagement for NHS Highland. With a background in health and social care and assurance for service change within Health Boards across Scotland. Working with people as partners and building lasting relationships with our people, partners and communities is a particular interest. she is passionate about involving people with lived experience in service planning and delivery and using feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
