Speakeasy Sessions for parents and carers start on October 30th

The NHS Highland Health Improvement Team & Planet Youth are excited to announce that our 4 week programme of Speakeasy sessions launches on Thursday 30th October. The Speakeasy programme for Parents and Carers has been launched by NHS Highland Health Improvement Team & Planet Youth and is available to ALL parents and carers across Highland. Speakeasy is free and is provided by trained facilitators. The main focus is to help parents and carers of children of any age tackle the difficult and often confusing issues of growing up, sex and relationships. We provide small group work sessions around aspects of growing up, relationships and sexual health and we provide information, resources, and support to help parents/carers to confidently talk to their children about these topics at home. We want families to feel more knowledgeable, confident and ready to have these conversations with their children.

The Speakeasy programme is delivered to small groups of parents in relaxed and interactive learning sessions that are delivered online. Please register for the sessions that you would like to attend using the links below.
