Start of engagement
Some elements of the engagement may have already commenced such as staff/contractor consultation or may run for a longer period of time pending decision at 28 January IJB.
Start of in general person engagement
We will run public sessions for a wide variety of topic engagement however will continue to engage directly with those who may be affected directly by the proposals.
End of general in person engagement sessions
There will be opportunity to provide feedback online or by printed questionnaire up until 12 March 2026. Direct engagement will continue up to this period.
If the IJB consider option 1 for day services this will run as a separate timeline until 30 April 2026.
Internal report and recommendations based on engagement response to Finance and Policy Committee
End of general public engagement
Note that pending IJB decision elements of the engagement may extend beyond this.
