NHS Highland 10 Year Strategy: Survey for organisations including third sector organisations

To support a society in which everyone can live a fulfilling and healthy life, we need all the right building blocks in place.  This means that to improve health, we need to work beyond traditional healthcare and look at how we can make a difference to all the things that shape people's chances of living healthy lives.    We recognise that we cannot achieve this in isolation.  We are therefore seeking your views as an organisation contributing to the health and wellbeing of people in Highland, Argyll and Bute.  We would be grateful if you could answer all questions in the context of our goal to improve the health and wellbeing of the population.  

How we will use and protect your data

Data will be stored within Engagement HQ and accessed and analysed by staff working in the NHS Highland. The information will be collated and analysed for development of our new organisational strategy and the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership Primary Care Strategy and Joint Strategic Plan.

No identifiable data will be shared publicly.  Any identifiable comments will be adapted or removed to protect your privacy.
