NHS Highland 10 Year Strategy: Survey for people living in Highland and Argyll and Bute

To support a society in which everyone can live a fulfilling and healthy life, we need all the right building blocks in place.   We would like to hear about your health experiences and would be delighted if you could take a few minutes to complete our survey.

How we will use and protect your data

Data will be stored within Engagement HQ and accessed and analysed by staff working in the NHS Highland. The anonymous information will be collated and analysed for development of our new organisational strategy and the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership Primary Care Strategy and Joint Strategic Plan.

We would like to record your postcode with your feedback. This is optional, and if provided will only be used to analyse and report feedback by the types of areas in which people live (e.g. urban/rural). Postcode details will be held securely by NHS Highland and not used for any other purpose.  No identifiable data will be shared publicly.
