Understanding Adult Social Care in Lochaber - March 2026 update
We’re continuing our work to understand people’s experiences of health and social care in Lochaber.
This project brings together local people, community groups, and organisations to build a clearer picture of what’s working well, what’s getting in the way, and what matters most.
As we move into the next stage, we’re inviting anyone with an interest in health, care, and community wellbeing in Lochaber to take part. Here’s how you can get involved:
📊 Share Your Insights
We’ve created a data visualisation that summarises what we’ve heard so far.
If you have experiences, reflections, or observations you’d like to contribute, you can share them using our online form: Lochaber | In Control Scotland
Please feel free to pass the link on to others who might also want to have a voice in this work.
📂 Contribute Data From Your Group or Organisation
Community groups and organisations often hold valuable information about local needs, challenges, and strengths.
If your organisation has data you feel able to share (nothing confidential or sensitive), we’d love to include it in our learning.
If you’re unsure what might be useful, we’re happy to talk it through.
🗣 Host a Mini Learning Event
Between now and the end of April we would love to run small learning sessions with local groups, services, teams, or community members. These can involve:
- volunteers
- staff
- people who use your services
- or even just a 1‑to‑1 conversation
Sessions can take place online or in person, whatever suits you best.
If you have any questions or would like to get involved in any of these ways, please get in touch: info@in-controlscotland.org.uk
Together, we can strengthen the foundations for better health and social care in Lochaber.
Thank you for your contribution!
